Le Bistro introduced a slice of Paris to Quezon City with its striking black and white interiors, sunlit corners, and a menu rooted in French technique with a confident local pulse. The space blends the charm of classic Parisian brasseries with a relaxed, contemporary energy, creating a setting where guests can settle in, sip slowly, and savor every course.
For the anniversary celebration, Le Bistro steps into the spotlight with a vibrant showcase of its All-Day Breakfast standouts, led by Chef Belle Miranda, the creative force behind the menu. A parade of of Le Bistro’s newly launched All-Day Breakfast Menu, highlighting signature pancakes, savory rice bowls, artisan omelets, and classic brunch creations delighted the guests. “At Le Bistro, breakfast is never routine,” shared Chef Belle, “Every dish on our menu carries a memory, a technique, or a flavor that means something to me. Bringing back our best sellers for this anniversary is my way of celebrating the guests who have made these plates part of their own stories.”
Each selection reflects a balance of comfort and refinement showcasing French foundations paired with flavors that resonate with local diners. The curated lineup captures the essence of Le Bistro’s All-Day Breakfast, inviting guests to rediscover the plates that have become part of their daily rituals. The celebration continues at strEATs Sunset Boulevard, where invited guests joins for a refreshed High Tea and Deli experience made to delight both palate and lens. As cameras capture every detail, the sunset affair unfolds with refined Salé highlights such as the Truffled Egg Mayonnaise Finger Sandwich on soft brioche and the savory Mini Bacon Quiche Lorraine, each offering rich, balanced flavors in elegant bites. On the sweeter side, Sucré highlights such as the Strawberry Cheesecake and the crisp Craquelin Choux filled with silky vanilla crème pâtissière deliver a picture worthy finale.
