This special dining event celebrates the rich and diverse flavors of India, curated under the culinary leadership of Cluster Executive Chef Luca Angioletti of Seven Corners and Executive Chef David Chu of Xin Tian Di. Together, they present an exceptional gastronomic experience that highlights authenticity, creativity, and international culinary excellence.

Guests can indulge in an immersive buffet showcasing India’s renowned cuisine from aromatic curries and freshly baked naan to signature tandoori dishes and traditional desserts. Featuring regional specialties and time-honored cooking techniques, the festival offers a true taste of India without leaving Manila.

Chef Luca Angioletti leads the culinary direction of Seven Corners, known for its extensive international buffet, while Chef David Chu heads Xin Tian Di, celebrated for its authentic Chinese cuisine. Their collaboration reflects the hotels’ commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to both guests and the local community.
