Travel through Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in one gastronomic meal at F All-Day Dining Restaurant!

Now, on its 5th year, F1 Hotel Manila continues the annual patriotic tradition of celebrating the best in Filipino cuisine with a modern twist. Aptly titled : LUZVIMINDA 5: Gastronomical Fusion, three (3) young, adventurous guest chefs, work with Executive Chef Decker Gokioco to level-up the classical recipes from the country’s major island groups, using their own modern cooking technique. Luzon is represented by Chef Mikel Zaguirre (Exec chef of Locavore). Visayas cuisine is curated by Chef Dennis Uy (Exec Chef of Meximama). Chef Kalel Chan (Executive Chef of Museum Café) developed the Mindanao dishes.

From June 9 to 30, savor the familiar-yet-not-so-familiar Filipino dishes like Bacon Pinakbet (mixed local vegestables topped with crispy bacon), Humba Cebuano, Okoy (fried crispy shrimps in sweet potato strips), Cochinillo de Cebu, Chicken Piyanggang (Chicken cooked in burnt coco husks), Sinuglaw /Ceviche with Palapa, Adobo Ribs sa Gata (Pork ribs in coconut milk),and a lot more.

The desserts buffet is just as exciting as it features among others, Halo-Halo Crumble, Durian Panna Cotta, Ube Otap Napolones, Kamote Caramel Fries and homemade ice creams.

Not to be outdone, the F1 barista came up with a new spin to our local favorite drinks. Try their Sinigang Margarita and Nilasing na Mangga.

LUZVIMINDA has been the annual celebration of F All-Day Dining to commemorate the National Independence Day that started in 2012. The buffet spread (until June 30) is open for lunch or dinner at Php1,699 nett per person. Get 40% off when you use Maybank Credit card.
