The splendid dinner starts with Rosemary Gougeres and warm Mini Cheese Puffs for amuse bouche followed by the appetizers – a hearty bowl of Cream of Roasted Tomato Soup with Crispy Kale and Hearts of Palm Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and corn on baby greens drizzled with homemade Green Goddess dressing. Main courses are an assembly of rich textures and flavors sure to delight one’s inner gourmand – Surf and Turf, Braised Beef Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Giant Prawns with Herbed Butter, Sauteed Haricot Verts and Grilled Asparagus. The grand meal ends with Pineapple Souffle with a tarragon crème anglaise and Sisterfield’s Rocky Road Bites and Sugar Cookies.
