Gallery VASK placed 39th in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant 2016 and was awarded the Best Restaurant in the Philippines. This continues the accolade that started last year, as Antonio’s paved the way, with its entry in the 2015 list.
Inspired by local and Spanish culture, Gallery VASK offers an intimate dining experience through a menu that Chef Chele describes as “a new language for food where people can communicate and learn.”
Chef Margarita Forés was awarded Asia’s Best Female Chef 2016, paying homage to her years devoted towards uplifting and sharing the culinary craft with others through her restaurants, her cuisine and her vision. Last year was another feather on her cap of achievements, as an integral part behind Madrid Fusion Manila and one of its headline speakers. Her life and accomplishments truly serve as an inspiration to other aspiring chefs from the Philippines.
